Brandon Murray has been immersed in martial arts since the age of three, marking over three decades of experience on the mats. Since 2012, he has coached everyone from first-day beginners to professional athletes, helping people prepare for fights, refine their skills, and build confidence through structured, practical training.

Holding a black belt in American Karate, a brown belt in Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, and cross-training in Kyokushin Karate, American Boxing, MMA, and BJJ. Brandon’s true passion lies in the art of Kickboxing. For the past 15+ years, he has dedicated himself to Kickboxing and Muay Thai, blending his years of experience training and teaching to make a curriculum that tries to teach the best concepts and principles of striking in the most structured and accessible way possible.

A former paid sparring partner for professional fighters, Brandon spent years training alongside and testing himself against elite athletes across boxing, kickboxing, and MMA. His extensive experience in both coaching and high-level sparring has shaped a deep understanding of what works in real combat — from ring strategy to self-defense applications.

A U.S. Army veteran, Brandon has also taught combatives and mixed martial arts at National Guard recruitment centers for new recruits, applying his martial expertise to improve the readiness and confidence of soldiers entering service.

His teaching philosophy is simple:

“Impose your will. Control theirs.”

Whether your goal is fitness, competition, or personal mastery, Coach Brandon’s mix of experience, passion, and real-world insight will push you to grow both as a martial artist and as a person.
